Presentation
Anders Kottorp researches the consequences that people with different illnesses or disabilities face in everyday life and from a societal perspective. He further explores different efforts that can be made to minimise negative experiences for these individuals. Anders has specialised in measuring different outcomes that are important to impact within healthcare and social organisations, such as increased participation, improved health and increased quality of life. In recent years, he has focused on how people with disabilities utilise everyday technology and the limitations and possibilities that arise from this use. Anders has worked with a broad range of clients and users through his research, often in interdisciplinary, multi-professional and international contexts.
