I am a Research Assistant at the Faculty of Culture and Society and the Department of Global Political Studies at Malmö University. Starting in September, I will begin my PhD studies, focusing on how Swedish private organizations adapt to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), with particular emphasis on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

My research interests center on understanding how to eliminate bias and discrimination against diverse groups and contribute to building a more inclusive society. I use data-driven methodologies, primarily with R programming, to examine these social issues. I am passionate about generating knowledge and creating social impact through data analysis.
