Presentation
My name is Susann Porter and I am a Associate Senior Lecture at Malmö University and teach at the nursing program. I belong to the research Center for Work Life and Evaluation Studies (CTA).The research I have the privilege to execute is an interventions study where me and my research team are developing a digital educational program for municipality politicians accountable for the elder care. The interventions study is based on an a project where I interview municipality politicians accountable for elder care from across Sweden to explore their mental health literacy with the main focus on the psycho-social work environment for professionals in the municipality who work with in the care of the elderly.
Prior to starting at Malmö University, I worked for 6 years at Lund University where I worked as a research assistant and where I also completed my PhD in Heath Science with a focus on mental health.
