Presentation
Malin Lindberg is a Guest Professor of Social Innovation at Malmö University, at the Department of urban studies and Forum for Social Innovation (Mötesplats Social Innovation). She is also a Professor of Gender and Technology at Luleå University of Technology, and Adjunct Professor at the Center for Civil Society Research at Marie Cederschiöld University. She studies how innovations and organizations can be developed in a socially innovative and inclusive way. She especially studies innovative solutions to societal challenges, in terms of social innovation, in the civil society and cross-sectorial cooperation. Through a participatory research approach - where societal actors are actively involved in the development of new knowledge - her research contributes to both scientific and practical development.
