Presentation
Rebecka Cowen Forssell (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Studies at Malmö University. Her research focuses on bullying, harassment, and victimisation in working life—particularly as expressed through digital channels such as email and social media. In addition, her work examines how third parties, through various forms of pressure, influence the practices and wellbeing of professionals in the welfare sector.
