Presentation

My research focuses on capturing, preventing, and most importantly understanding viruses and bacteria. I approach this through reversible self-assembled monolayers (rSAM), using them to study multivalent interactions that can help us develop tools to better respond to future infectious threats. My expertise lies in molecular design and organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and surface-characterisation techniques such as QCMD and SPR. Above all, I’m a science enthusiast who feels fortunate to work every day on questions that can meaningfully improve public health and preparedness.
