Project description
The autumn of 2017, the #Metoo movement highlighted the prevalence of sexual harassment. In Sweden, the movement had a large impact, include in academia using the hashtag #akademiuppropet. Previous studies at Malmö university have shown that about a third of all students have experienced sexual harassment.
This projects aims to create in depth knowledge about how university students discuss and value preventative measures of sexual harassment in academia, particularly in regards to at risk groups (international students, young women, lgbtqi+ groups). Students are asked to participate in the project to provide perspectives on preventative measures of sexual harassment in academia.
