My research focuses on developing molecular models to investigate proteins and biomolecular assemblies, integrating simulations with experimental data. A central theme is coarse-grained modeling of intrinsically disordered regions, lipid membranes, and biomolecular condensates. My current research examines membrane-associated proteins in cell signaling. In our work, we combine experimental data with molecular simulations to develop coarse-grained and machine-learning models for understanding how lipid composition and genetic variation influence the conformational properties and phase behavior of membrane proteins and their interacting partners.
